Jollibee acquires Mang Inasal for Php 3 Billion | Blogging Ideas

Did you know that Mang Inasal one of the food franchise in Philippines having a chain of 303 restaurants all over the country serving grilled chicken and other Filipino food which is known of giving a promo of eat all you can for the rice will be controlled by Jollibee, I a news provided by ABS CBN, 70% of Mang Inasal Philippines Inc will be acquired by Jollibee Foods Corporation. The estimated transaction price is 3 Bilion Pesos.

I think this is a good deal , what Jolllibbee did is to acquire it’s future competitor by giving a deal which is hard to resist. Mang Inasal is a rising food chain in Philippines.

Mang Inasal was established last 2003 by the Sia Family. Edgar Sia II, who has Chinese roots positioned Mang Inasal as an alternative quick service restaurant among a sea of food chains that have mushroomed all over the country.
