Due to comments and concerns about my readers as well as e-mail and comments received in facebook , I would like to give some ideas on how I got banned from Google adSense. I can say that I am guilty of having copyrighted material on my site but not all of my site and not those sites with Google Adsense Codes on it.
Here the points that Google AdSense might have been based their decision.
- In my link building effort I have made links to my site which have TV Shows and free streaming video online. But all my site with adSense does not have any streaming video. I am just interlinking them thru footer or some post, This might be their main basis in their decision to banned my account.
- I have adSense placed on lyrics site, which might be considered as copyrighted materials. ( I have it for more than 3 years )
- I have sites that has programmed thru php to use adSense if it is English and adsense will be removed if the content is Tagalog and maybe Google Adsense has consider it as only 1 site. But this is a minor concern.
- I have made some blogspot blogs that pertains to TV shows and my mistake is to use the gmail account that I am using in Google Adsense. It made Google easy to trace my accounts.
- I have made Google Anayltics using the Google adSense E-mail address in which it is also connected to Blogspot blogs made specially for TV shows, which might be considered as copyrighted materials.
The main lesson learn is to separate link building strategy for your main sites and your copyrighted materials site. It is not a problem to link copyrighted materials to your adsense site , but not to link your adSense site to any copyrighted materials site. Just an advise.
This month might be a low month for me since I have my adsense account banned, I have tried to reinstate my same account and after 3 days they have replied that I am not eligible to make any adSense account.
So what is my plan ? My plan is to make a new account using any of my relatives in Philippines or my wife here in Saudi Arabia, but we might have problems in getting the money since my wife is not here as a working visa. Whenever I get a new account I will not use those account to any of the existing sites that I have, it will be applied to a new and fresh site that will definitely make Google Adsense happy. 🙂 .
My existing sites will be used for Affiliate marketing sites and direct advertisers. Soon I will change the theme of tech at hand to adjust and fit it’s purpose. This site will still be in existense since there are other source of income that this site is making.
I will also clean this site from the links which I think violates adSense . Some of you might wonder since you did not see this post . Well this is opart of my random post which is hidden to RSS subscribers but not hidden to Google crawlers.
I am now testing some automated tools that will help me later in building again my Adsense Empire site.
I am too busy with my office work this last few weeks that is why i am having hard time to update my blogs. My blogs is just my hobby which let me earn additional income. This is not my main source of income but making money online contributes a portion of my total income.But I still have to earn something to pay my monthly bills thru hosting and my yearly domain payments. But even without adsense I think I could manage.
In the future i will be having affiliates links in my post, but don’t worry I always disclose if it is an affiliate links or not. But for sure I will tell you tools that I will found useful and will help my readers in their SEO Effort. I do believed that using tools to automate what you are doing is not Black Hat but a clever way of implementing White Hat SEO. 🙂
At the moment I have submitted my new application to Google AdSense using my same name but with my middle name , which is not shown in my previous account, I have used the same mailing address just to test how clever is Google. ( Although this is dangerous ) , I also have plan B for this.

You might be wondering why I don’t have Google AdSense in this blog. Well I just got banned for having or being connected with copyrights item. Anyway I have to admit that I am guilty for that . Anyway I am doing some experiments to apply for another AdSense and be very careful just in case I got approve.
