Below is the equivalent points for every load that an smart users make on their mobile phone ( Smart Buddy )or internet connection ( Smart Bro ).
How to Join Smart Rewards ?
For SMART Gold and SMART Buddy SIM, just text REWARDS to 9800 for free!
For SMART Bro subscription, just create an account in WebConnect.
Only individual accounts of SMART Gold, SMART Buddy and SMART Bro can join. Corporate accounts, service units, retailer SIMS, Infinity and Talk N Text are excluded from the program.
For newly activated accounts, please allow forty-eight (48) hours before joining SMART Rewards.

How to Get Bonus Points ?
There will be 5,000 rewards points on consumer’s birthday.
- Just text REWARDS BDAY bday in mmddyy,gender in M/F,marital status in S/M
and send to 9800 for free - example: REWARDS BDAY 013183,F,S
What is the Time Limit for Points Expiration ?
The account earns rewards points even when a users does not joined SMART Rewards yet. However, A user needs to register to SMART Rewards to start using their points. Points for registered subscribers also have a longer validity period:
Registered – points are valid for twelve (12) months from the month the points were earned.
Non-Registered – points are only valid for six (6) months.
Points are expired every first day of the month.
How to Check Rewards Points Balance ?
For SMART Gold or SMART Buddy user, just text POINTS to 9800 for free. It will display all available points as of the date indicated in the SMS message.
For SMART Bro subscriber, log-in to WebConnect and click on INQUIRIES. It will display all available points as of the date indicated.
Free Items From the Rewards Points
The accumulated points could be converted to different free items as mention below :
Please be note the validity period will start on the time the item was credited to the account.
For prepaid accounts, items will be created to the account within 48 hours from the time of redemption.
For postpaid accounts, items will be created on the next bill run.

Rewards could be converted to FREE popcorn, FREE drink, FREE movie tickets and P100 OFF movie discount coupons available in all SM Cinema branches nationwide.
