We received a PR news that IP Converge Data Center, Inc. (IP-Converge), the country’s first and only publicly listed Internet Data Center and Cloud Services Provider (PSE: ‘CLOUD’), has expanded it’s data center information to a new facility in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig to meet the country’s increasing demand for data center co-location services.
The state of the art facility “IPC Data Center BGC†is an expansion in their Internet Data Center in RCBC Plaza, Makati City.
The Philippines is now being engaged in cloud computing and I could say that IP-Converge is one of the country’s prime movers of cloud computing.

IP-Converge President Reynaldo R. Huergas believes that cloud computing will soon be a standard model for business operations in the Philippines.
Cloud computing is the delivery of computing as a service rather than a product, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices as a utility (like the electricity grid) over a network (typically the Internet). (Wikipedia)
Ip-Converge also believes that Bonifacio Global City will be the next big central business district of the country. The has acquired certified for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, and is in the process of acquiring its ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management Systems certification.
