Go to www.smart.com.ph/connect .

Register and log-in to Web Connect.

Under the Service Activation/Deactivation block, select "International Roaming".

For Prepaid Subscribers:

To activate via SMS, text ROAM ON <country name> and send to 333.

To deactivate via SMS, text ROAM OFF and send to 333.

To activate/deactivate international roaming via SIM Connect:

Text Get Menu to 9888 for FREE.

Upon downloading, go to SMART Menu and choose SIM Connect menu.

Select International Roaming Activation or Deactivation.
