I Dexter Panganiban, authorize the bearer of this letter  Mr. XXX, my cousin, to get my PRC Card on my behalf. O have made this authorization letter because  I will be leaving for out of country staring tomorrow and I will not be available on time of my card’s release.

But you need to understand that sometimes, and Authorization letter will require a power of attorney signed by the lawyer or Attorney at Law. Most of the time it is being used when it involves a big amount of money or a big property. It is normally called Power of Attorney
