www.gmail.it, Is Probably in Danger of Patent Dispute with Google

While doing some research, I found out that there is also www.gmail.it , a website that gives paid email service but not in any way connected to www.gmail.com , But for sure soon this site will be transferred to Google, since Gmail is patented to Google. But nobody know what could happen.IMHO Google is not yet concentrated to is not yet concentrated to Italian Market. According to their site www.gmail.it is a complete Italian website.

Yahoo have manage to own mail.yahoo.it, The official address of Yahoo Mail in Italy . You can check gmail patents here, It is not good to invest on something which was owned by others.
