I like to tell you that Smart Bro WiMAX is now finally here. They claim to have an uninterrupted fast connection with Guaranteed speed of up to 512kbps to 1Mbps. But I think this will depend on your site since in Taal Batangas , Smart Bro Connection is not that great compared to Globe Philippines and other services available.
