Philippine Internet television | Pelicola.tv

Philippine Internet television | Pelicola.tv I just saw this from Joey Alarilla Plurk there is a Philippine company that launch a Philippine Internet Television called Pelicola.tv, I believe that the site name gets it’s name from the Tagalog meaning of Movies which is “ Pelikula “. Upon checking Joey Alarilla Post in CNET Says it explains how this new site differs from Normal Television. And there Filipino Rock bands that will sho up in the site.

It actually goes live 2 days ago. I believe that this site will be viral in the net since there are lots of Filipino all over the world which does not have TFC or GMA TV connection and only rely in the net. I am not saying that this site will feed the ABS CBN and GMA TV shows. Nope it will be an original site that will show up Filipino Talents.

I wish all the luck to the producers of this site.

www.pelicola.tv is envisioned to be an intimate, experiential, and immersive online destination. What you see now on the website is but a fraction of what it is meant to be. Over the next few weeks and months that make up the website’s beta stage, new functionalities, content, technologies, and overall design improvements will be continually and continuously implemented. For the next update, account generation and login for members (absolutely free!) will be available, which will let you view videos at a higher quality, download, embed, and share select video clips, comment on videos and news articles, join promos and events (watch out for the Alive at the Womb season-ender gig). Stay tuned!

As an OFW working outside Philippines I am excited to see this new Tech Innovation from Fellow Filipino. Mabuhay . Go Visit them and let me know your thoughts about the site. Do you think it will click. Do you have any suggestion for the site ? This might help them improve their system.
