Now this is interesting Yahoo teaches it’s reader on how to top Google not exactly, they just post a news where in Matt Cutt’s explain on how you can top the Google SERP.
Matt Cutts explanation evolve in 5 main topics such as follows :
1. Spotlight your search term on the page.
2. Fill in your “tags.”
3. Get other sites to “link” back to you.
4. Create a blog and post often.
5. Register for free tools.
Matt Cutts also warned the readers not to over do it :
Don’t overdo it
When weaving keywords into a main page, Cutts says, some zealous Web publishers will use the term over and over again. That’s called “keyword stuffing.” It’s a big Google no-no that can have your site removed from the index.
“After you’ve said it two or three times, Google has a pretty good idea – ‘OK, this page has something to do with this keyword,’ ” he says. “Just think about the two or three phrases you want to be known for and weave that in naturally.”
Well as per my experience, If you see that your keyword is already on the top, Stop build linking or optimization or else you will be in trouble in the D day. The will kick your post out and you will not know where it is. Although it will come for some time, But what if the Day when you want to top the SERP is finished . So better to be very careful. Well it is good that Yahoo is also telling NEWS about Google.

@ First seo4experts s a new site that gives information about SEO. I agree with him that Link Building should be done slowly.
Well actually Yesterday one of my keyword is nowhere to be found in the SERP.. SO I presume it wento to Google Sandbox, What I did it to make post from one of high PR site and make a backlinks to that post and presto after 1 day it is again back to first page.

You can always make an Internal link and I don’t think internal linking will be considered as spam. Furthermore you can always use a variation of keyword such as long tail keyword so that you will not just optimized or mentioned the same keyword all over again.
If you have been penalized by Google for a keyword I believe if you continue giving links on that keywords from a trusted site it will again go back to its position.
Dexters last blog post..Yahoo Teaches it’s Reader on How to Top Google
I have a question Dex, what if your site is about just one topic and all the articles generally lean towards and must consistently mention a group of keywords and key phrases.
How can you continue building your site and post new articles without being considered as keyword spamming?
Furthermore, what are the ways to check if your site has been penalized by Google? And if it has indeed penalized a keyword you used to rank high before, how do you claim it back?
Thanks! 🙂
nice post dex! dilekado pala mag over use ng keyword 🙂
thanks sa post neto! nice tip, kaya lang how about yung Google sandbox?
Sabi nila, pwedeng mapunta sa sandbox ung blog mo pag bilang nawala ung link building… dapat daw consistent yung link building…
