Do You Want a Free Download Manager ?

Jan 22, 2008 by     5 Comments    Posted under: Freeware

freedownloadmanager Lately I have been downloading E-books and Video files from Rapidshare and  other sites that gives information about Engineering. It was my problem before about management of this data. I was looking for a Download Manager to do the trick and thru my friend he has directed me to FreeDownloadManager.org

What is the advantage of using this Program

If you are trying to download about 15 links , this program will save all the links on cue and download the links one by one. If your link breaks while doing the download for any physical reason. You might be able to continue the download via this program.

You can also set the download speed into 3 category, that means if you are browsing and you want to continue downloading you can set it to Light Mode. If you have an account with Rapidshare just enter your password and username and you will not bother to input upon downloading.

You can even make an scheduled download.

System Requirements

Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/2000/2003/XP/Vista (32bit versions only)

My Experience

I have been using their service for about 3 weeks and all seems to be working fine. BTW This is not an sponsored post, This is a way of saying thank you to the site for the easiness that they have provided to me. I still have to study the other features of this program. If it is useful for me. It might be of help to you also.

  • Hmm.. I use the DownThemAll plugin on Firefox, it allows you to download by extension (ex. Download all *.gifs link) or by filename it’s pretty useful on 4chan.
