How much is the minimum balance for International Roaming activation?

Please be informed that in order to use the international roaming feature of Smart Philippines the user should have at least P100 in their balance to activate the International Roaming service. International roaming service could be a very helpful feature of the SIM card when going to places where a phone user will just stay for a short time.
